Each session is tailored to how you arrive that day rather than following a fixed script. Many people come for headaches, stubborn muscular tension or stress, and find the session itself is the part they look forward to.

If you have never tried acupuncture and are nervous about needles, say so. The needles are extremely fine, and Brianne will talk you through everything before starting.
