Jessica Sealey

Jessica is a Registered Massage Therapist with twelve years in practice. Her care is thoughtful and individualized, and it considers the whole person rather than only the symptoms you arrive with.

She has completed extensive continuing education in TMJ dysfunction, prenatal and postnatal massage, and infant massage, and she brings a trauma-informed approach to every treatment. Her aim is a space where you feel heard, respected and comfortable taking an active part in your own care.

Jessica has also been published in several magazines on healthcare accessibility. She is in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and holds a membership with the RMTAO.

Outside the clinic she is a voracious reader, getting through close to eighty books a year, and she spends her time crafting, picking up new interests and, above all, with her children. She brings the same curiosity into her work and is always looking for the next thing to learn.
